This is to all the teachers of TikTok, but why the fuck are we not being taught? Useful things. My best example is mitochondria is a powerhouse of the cell. Now on its own, that fact is basically fucking worthless. But ADHD is a problem of mitochondrial dysfunction in the body. Now, now the fact of mitochondria being the powerhouse of the cell is useful, but we're not being taught the useful part or why the fact is useful in any way. We're just being taught facts and knowledge like, is we're supposed to give a fuck without being taught. Why? It's important half the time, and I I'm elder Gen. Z younger Gen. Z is getting it worse than I did. And I went through school with the learning disability that I didn't even know. I had because my parents didn't tell me. Nor the school, so I didn't graduate, but I left.Because of my own life circumstances outside of my ability to write or be coherent or like just learn and study. Cause I studied for fun since I was in elementary school. That's why I didn't take school that seriously. When it got to fucking learning about Greek mythology, I don't learn it. All. I've read the Odyssey niladeyad. 17 times before they tried to make me read it in English class. And I told the teachers that I'm not gonna read it. I'll just write the paper. Can I just skip this entire Greek? Mythology section and she didn't let me even though I already knew all the answers. Because it's all I ever studied until I was into, like sixth grade, and then I started studying.Like lower and world building and fantasy, like how lord of the rings was made and stuff like that.Because I wanted to be an author. why aren't we being taught anything? Why aren't we always the problem? When it's clearly a problem of people above us, we're given information throughout their lifetime, and through schooling that they refuse to hand down to the people that they expect to eventually take care of the country. Let alone keep the fucking country from going under siege. Or under debt like I don't want our society to just blow up, I think we can fix things if we actually start trying to fix things. But it seems like no matter who's trying to fix the thing, they're purposely doing the worst most damaging helpful amount of help that they can do.
